Starting Procedure
Licenced drivers that have not raced will be with the whites
Non-Licenced drivers may be allowed to start behind reds
The races will consist of:
3 Warming laps at a steady race speed
You will then be asked to roll to grid (Your grade will be announced before race and this is where you will be starting on the grid all night so remember it)
You will then be asked if your ready
then go will be called (all races will be standing start)
If you do not feel confident in performing a standing start please inform an admin and you can be moved to the back of the grid.
If you cannot complete the starting procedure without causing problem you may be kicked so take care on your warming laps.
Remember this is Non-Contact!
General Rules
- no swearing
- no abusive behaviour
- listen to admin whilst in server and lobby
- no messing around/spamming the server/lobby
- no chatting once race has begun unless to indicate others of pile up or a car stuck on racing line
if any of these are to be broken, the drivers responsible will be dealt with by DSQ or banned
Race Rules
- Strictly non contact( every race replay will be watched after meeting and repeat offenders will be DSQ)
- Any driver that is one or more laps down is under blue flags when the race leaders are behind
- if your car is damaged, please retire to the infield with caution
if in the last few laps, you may continue to pick up minor place but proceed with caution
- no oppo, anyone found going oppo will get a 2 month ban
- complaints must be made to an admin via personal messaging. once the admin has seen it, he will investigate the incident and deal with it as he sees fit
- all drivers must keep to a good standard otherwise the will be booted
- be careful when rejoining
- restarts will only occur if drivers jump start/ pile up on first bend
- in championship races (50 laps) there will get a yellow out to close up the pack. Backmarkers who are between the leader and the last car on the lead lap will get a wave around lap to pass the lead lap cars and will restart at the back.
- Strictly no turning in on anybody regardless of the situation.
Skin painting rules
- numbers on the wing must be black on white
- the roof cannot be Gold, Silver or any other championship vinyls such as Green & White Chequer.
Race Info
-meetings will consist of 2 heats and a final
- heats are 20 laps, Final is 40 laps
championship meetings (e.g british championship) the final will be 50 laps
-world championship will be 75 laps
-drivers will score WCQ points throughout the season, these will determine grid positions for the world final. the national championship will be done by qualifying before the race
heat points are- 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
final points are - 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2
LISTEN TO YOUR SPOTTER! he will help you to avoid contact whilst racing in the pack
Championships
World championship
- this will be run at ipswich, positions are decided by total points from the WCQ rounds
- the top 20 points scorers will make the grid
- the drivers will be split into 4 groups of six with a car length between each group
- the race will be run over 75 laps
- the winner must retire from the meeting
